Ingredients are :
1) Green Chilli / hari mirch – 200 g (thick ones )
2) Oil / teel – 3 tsp
3) Onion seeds / clongi -1/2 tbsp
4) Black mustard / kaali raai (sarso)– 1 tbsp
5) Yellow mustard / peeli sarso – 1 tbsp
6) Aniseed / saunf – 1 tsp (powdered)
7) Coriander powder / dhaniya powder – 1 tsp
8) Lemon Juice / nimbu ka rass – 2-3 tbsp
9) Ginger / adrak – 1 inch piece (sliced)
10) Garlic / lahsun – 10-12 cloves
11) Asafoetida / hing – 2 pinch
12) Tumeric powder / haldi – ½ tbsp.
13) Salt / namak – as per taste
